2D, 3D drawing tracing
Customers provide us with 2D drawings, PDFs, sketch drawings, etc., and we accept tracing onto 2D CAD drawings. We also receive provisional 3D models or mesh-shaped models from intermediate software (output data from Tfas, etc.), and create traces onto 3D models in the software of your choice.
Our main areas of expertise are mechanical and architectural drawings.

Plant piping modeling
Customers provide us with P&ID diagrams, plant layout diagrams, equipment lists, reference 3D Tfas models, etc., and we create plant piping modeling using CADworx Plant software. After that, in order to realize manufacturing according to the customer’s requests, we divide it into units and create ISO diagrams and BOM material lists.

Creating a unit of plant piping and racks
Customers provide us with P&ID diagrams, plant layout diagrams, equipment lists, and drawings of connection positions,
and we use CADWorx Plant software to create unit modeling of plant piping and racks.

2D and 3D CAD drawing of plant units
Customers provide us with 3D models, and we create 2D drawings of mounting plans and assembly plans.
We can also provide 2D drawings and equipment lists and create 3D models.

Machinery & Auto Parts Design
Customers provide us with vehicle layout drawings, reference drawings, installation conditions, etc., and we consider vehicle mountability and design and draw the parts. Cast aluminum parts for automotive products include ADC gears, shafts, sensor mounting seats, jigs, etc. Sheet metal parts include wire fixing brackets, etc.

CAE analysis
Customers provide us with 3D data, layout, materials, fixing conditions, load conditions, etc.
We consider the shape and design and analyze it to meet the load, stress, displacement conditions, etc. required by the customer.

Mechanical unit design
We create 3D models based on reference 2D drawings, equipment drawings, etc. provided by our customers. We change the shape design according to the customer’s requests and create production drawings and BOM lists. CAD software used: Catia, Inventor, Solidworks
CAM machining program creation
We have many years of experience creating machining programs using Fanuc and Mazak operating systems. We receive 3D data from our customers and create and output machining programs to be loaded into CNC machines. We also provide on-site support services for setting up cutting tools, holders, posts, etc.
